Your way to MY CLOUD
The MY CLOUD Transit Hotel is located on the airside at Frankfurt Airport, behind the passort and security checkpoint. The entrance to the hotel is located in Terminal 1 at Pier Z, Gate 25. Depending on where you arrive, it can be reached on foot or with the airport's Skyline trains.
Come by and benefit from our comfortable sleeping accommodation in the middle of the airport. Have a power nap or spend the night in our rooms and start your onward journey rested and relaxed.
How to get to MY CLOUD
Passengers arriving at Pier A or Z follow the signs (Frankfurt Airport signage system) in the direction of Pier Z, Gate 25. All other passengers (piers B, C, D, E) should use the Skyline train, exit at pier Z and follow the signs towards gate Z25.
You can also use the Frankfurt Airport App for easy navigation to the hotel.
Note:
If you change terminals within the transit area, you only have to pass a security check, not another passport check.
The airport at a glance
Frankfurt am Main airport is located 12 kilometers west of Frankfurt city center. It can be reached via the A5 and A3 motorways as well as by regional trains and S-Bahn lines S8 and S9. Frankfurt Airport is Germany’s largest airport and, in addition to the two large terminals, has a Lufthansa first-class terminal and the freight terminal with the highest freight volume in Europe. Terminal 3 has been under construction since 2015. Even today, Frankfurt Airport is already home to over 230 shops and service providers, including 23 Travel Value and duty-free shops.
